About us

Our Mission

The Inkstone Project fosters intergenerational connections to combat senior isolation, enhance mental well-being, and preserve personal histories—ensuring wisdom and advice is shared and remembered across generations.

Our Work

At The Inkstone Project, we connect generations through meaningful interactions. Our high school-led programs include interviewing seniors, collaborating with intergenerational organizations, and sharing stories through articles and street interviews. By fostering dialogue, we aim to bridge the gap between young and older generations, promoting understanding and mutual respect.

  • Our article program aims to share stories through the use of articles written by student leaders.
  • In partnership with the CCACC Adult Day Healthcare Center, our CCACC program works to interview seniors on their experiences.
  • With our Street Interview program, we engage public voices to share their wisdom towards younger generations

Our Team

Our team at The Inkstone Project is made up of passionate high schoolers dedicated to bridging generations through storytelling and connection. Each of us brings unique skills and perspectives, united by a shared goal to create meaningful intergenerational relationships. Get to know the faces behind our mission!
